Thank you for shopping with Story & Ink! Every card is made to order with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Because every Story & Ink card is personalized, all orders require production before they are shipped.

Our typical processing time is 2–4 business days, although processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

If we experience an unexpected delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address provided with your order.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date your order is placed.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, Story & Ink is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs delays (for international shipments)

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Story & Ink is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property.

  • Asking neighbors or household members.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier.

  • Contacting your local post office if applicable.

While we will do our best to assist you, Story & Ink cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the damage

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


International Shipping

At this time, Story & Ink ships only within the United States.

We are actively working with international shipping partners and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.

If you're located outside the United States and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, we invite you to join our email list. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we begin shipping to your country.
