At Story & Ink, every card is made especially for you. Because our products are personalized and created specifically for each order, we have the following refund and return policy.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer

Customer spelling or personalization errors

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Personal preference regarding the artistic style of the illustration
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Requests must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once artwork production or printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
